About this Raddle
Brad Pitt plays a washed-up F1 driver coaxed out of retirement to mentor a hotshot rookie (Damson Idris) for a struggling team. This is basically the "Top Gun: Maverick" model — action hero make expensive machine go fast. (Not surprising since it’s exact same director and writer.) It’s a grotesque celebration of the excesses of capitalism, down to using the official F1 logo as the title card, but fast car go vroom vroom, so I guess it wasn’t all bad.
